The hamlet of Lamberton is the most easterly of the 3 parishes and comprises a mix of traditional smallholdings, some of which are still farmed, and newer modern houses built in recent years.

There are about 50 residences and because numbers have been allocated as and when things were built it is notoriously confusing for delivery drivers with consecutively numbered addresses sometimes a mile apart with a variety of others in between.

Directions rely more on location along the old A1 with Lamberton Shiels at the north end, the road up past the Whales Jaws at the south end and mid way along, the road up to Lamberton Moor towards Mordington. With its location so close to the sea, many of the houses in Lamberton have spectacular coastal views.
